  The manager here is a short crabby and rude mexican lady who i can barely understand. This location is a privately owned franchise . I am mexican and i am so embarrased by the fact that she treats her employees and customers like crap, . Look out for her she will pick a fight with you. I live in shakopee so i have been here a lot and shes always there and always rude and obnoxious. I think she rubs off on all the other employees because they all have poor attitudes and are slow. I can always hear them speaking crap about customers in spanish, especially some chick named Andrea who took my order and refused to speak to me in English. The orders are messed up 9/10 times and ive always had to wait longer than other mcdonalds locations i visit. I rather make the longer drive to the location on canturbury. STAY AWAY and put them out of business!
